[Video] This Man Quit His Job, Restored A Boat & Sailed Around The World

As a Remote worker, it can be hard to disconnect from our work. Since most of us work outside an office, the seperation between work and play can be hard to find.

I'm a big fan of sailing, for me it represents one of the best way to disconnect. When you embark into a sailing journey, you'll find yourself dealing with an entirely new set of priorities.

In 2013, I left my corporate job to become a remote worker and doing some consulting. That year, I was lucky enough to be on sailboats for about 6 month, including an Atlantic crossing - here's the story I shared on Buffer's blog.

In a few weeks, I'm going to sail across the atlantic once more, starting from St Maarten and setting sail towards Azores Islands, on a 3/4 week journey across the North Atlantic :)

My brother PA will assist me in keeping Remotive flowing and up to date - so it's all good!

Here's a short video about a canadian sailor and his alternative lifestyle, I hope you'll enjoy his story and this beautiful video!
